Brewing is a long and exciting process that requires research, knowledge and attention.
The process begins with the weighing and grinding of the malts, then the mashing is carried out, this is the preparation of the must and the filtering.
Consequently, the filtered must is boiled. During this boiling we add the hops.
After boiling the must is cooled and transferred to the fermenter, where, thanks to the addition of the yeast, it will ferment and become beer.
After fermentation and maturation, we put the beers in the botlles where it ferments again.
This process lasts about a month. Thanks to science and a bit of imagination we can now enjoy a delicious beer!
